1.      Do you have all shoes in stock now?

    Answer: Yes. We have all shoes in stock normally.

2.      What your minimum order? How much?　
Answer: 12 items. They are the price of wholesale; you could mix shoes with clothing or other items on our website to make the order reach to 12 items.

3.    How can I know about my order status?　
Answer: Once we send the goods, will give you a Tracking Number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your shoes until they reach you.

4.    Are all the shoes authentic ones? Come in the original box, retro card?

Answer: Most of the shoes are made as per original ones with quality guaranteed. We have got high reputation on shoes field, buyers are satisfied with our shoes quality. All shoes come in original box, the retro card, labels with correct series number unless noted in the order. We also supply some authentic branded shoes but prices are higher and qty is limited.　

5.   Shall I buy staffs not list on your on-line shop?

6.    If I order more, could you give some discount?

7.    Which occasions allow goods exchange?
Answer: Since we do stock goods, there sometimes a little color or size difference and maybe the box be little crushed on shipping way, under this situation, we are sorry can’t make any exchange; But when the goods come with bad quality, or a wrong shipment of the goods, we can make an exchange. In this case please check your goods carefully immediately when you received it, and ask the shipping company write a certification of its wrong package.

8.   Could you promise the goods pass customs clearance? If not, can I buy a shipping assurance?
Answer: Under the normal conditions, we can only answer for the goods export from China safely, but not for goods imported to other countries. When the goods be lost, we can only say sorry; But If you pay an extra $8 each piece for shipping assurance, in the case goods be blocked by customs, we can resend the goods *one time more*;

9.    How long will delivery takes?
Answer: We ship by express usually need 5-7 days for delivery, most of times are quicker than this, but fewer times are slower 2-3 days.
